Mr. Toner brings to the Board of Directors his combined skills and experience in strategy development/implementation, planning, strategic alliances, and corporate venture capital. Mr. Toner also has a background in leading project teams in the areas of product development and marketing strategy. He has a passion for ensuring children receive early literacy support and resources and are exposed to multicultural awareness from an early age.

Ms. España brings her combined skill and experience as an early literacy specialist, community-based fundraising, literacy driven public events, passion for early childhood development, literacy, and home languages to the Board of Directors. She holds a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
